Cathy was live on air on BBC Southern Counties Radio at 2.20pm on Friday 6 December, to give her thoughts on the benefits of working with your sibling.
The radio feature was based on the Armitage brothers who are playing for England in the Six Nations. This is the first time in 14 years that brothers have played together on the International stage.
"Working with your sister has great benefits; you can be completely honest, know each others strengths and weaknesses, and give each other 100% support. We are sisters and best friends, and creating a successful business together has been fantastic!" Cathy
