Cathy and I were so surprised and pleased to receive the following feedback from a customer. They sent an email and said the following:
"Thanks for sending the gift with message & thanks for your persistance with sorting it out! Very much appreciated, what a pleasant change to have great customer care...quite rare these days in our global retailing world!
Lots of luck with your lovely family business.. I'm sure you don't need it though.
Thanks again, Kath"
It makes it all worthwhile when you receive a lovely message from a customer and makes you work harder to ensure everyone gets the same great service everytime.
