I visit my park with my daughter every week and I have found out there is an actual Love Parks Week!!
The perfect excuse to get outdoors and enjoy the summer with your children. They are being held to celebrate all that parks have to offer, so why not visit your local park during the campaign to show what it means to you? They are an asset to every community and this week is held to make sure there is constant investment and support for these parks.
Take a look at http://www.loveparksweek.org.uk to see what events are in your area. Unfortunately there is nothing being held in Sussex but there are quite a few being held in London and other areas of the country.
